Description: A vendor’s license authorizes a business to engage in tangible retail sales and charge sales tax. A license is required for each location of operation within the county. All applications must have a street address; P.O. Boxes cannot be accepted. A sole owner is required to furnish their social security number or federal tax identification number. If the company is a corporation, LLC or LP, list the Ohio Corporate Charter number, Ohio Foreign License number or Articles of Organization number issued by Ohio’s Secretary of State.
