Wellness and Wealth by Choice
All humans who have any desire to be healthy share some very basic needs.
Clean water, air, sleep and a connection to the earth, are primary ways of establishing good health and providing your body with a strong foundation. Most people ignore these fundamentals and spend all of their time and money using nutrition as drugs, buying products to eliminate symptoms. This approach has a limited effect if you don’t first establish the body’s ability to mend and repair. Sleep/water/air and vibrational frequency are as essential as vitamins for human health. The original Evian spring water from Evian France became famous because of a healing that occurred to a local Lord. This wealthy man wasn’t very healthy. He had a beautiful daughter who was the desire of every Prince in the area. He offered his daughter as a prize to anyone who could cure him of his ills. The man who took care of his horses had his eye on the daughter and the feeling was mutual. This stable-hand befriended the local hermit living near the spring. The hermit told him to give the ailing Lord a gift of Evian water with the recommendation to drink several jugs per day. The Lord was miraculously healed and gladly gave his daughter to his horseman. It’s an old story, but very relevant to modern times. The man was probably extremely dehydrated. The addition of living water directly from the Evian spring immediately rejuvenated him. Fast forward to today, it’s common to meet people who never drink healthy water. Today’s beverages of choice are bottled water, energy drinks, sodas and alcohol leaving most people chronically dehydrated. When they actually experience high quality water, the effects can be miraculous. The body will quickly react to something it desperately needs and has been missing. Wellness and Wealth by Choice, the Chambers Health Benefits Provider recommends Nikken’s PiMag Waterfall to produce this high quality, rejuvenating water at for you and your family. Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation
The 2014 MCO open enrollment period begins at 7:30 a.m., April 28 and ends at 5:30 p.m., May 23. Open enrollment gives all state-fund employers (with an active workers’ compensation policy) an opportunity to choose a managed care organization (MCO) to help manage the medical portion of their workers’ compensation claims. A strong MCO-employer partnership also helps injured workers receive the treatment they need to get back to work as safely and quickly as possible. Choosing an MCO that meets the needs of your business and your workers is an important decision. To help you make your choice, we have created the MCO Selection Guide and MCO Report Card (see Related links below). The guide provides instructions, and the report card provides MCO performance information intended to help you with the selection process. These measures include quality medical management statistics we use to evaluate the return-to-work services and quality of medical management the MCOs provide to injured workers. If you are satisfied with your MCO, you do not need to do anything. However, if you decide to select a new MCO, you can complete the online MCO Selection Form, or you can download and print a blank form, complete it and mail or fax it to BWC. We have included links to the online form and the printable form below. If you change your MCO during open enrollment, the new MCO will begin managing the medical portion of your claims June 30, 2014. Note: MCOs cannot market their services to employers before April 28. However, if you would like more information you may contact any MCO prior to the open enrollment period. MCOs may respond to requests initiated by employers prior to April 28. We designed the resources below to help you with the open enrollment process. However, if you need additional assistance, please call 1-800-644-6292. Representatives are available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
