*RESERVATION POLICY
Final reservations, cancellations and special dietary menu requests must be made the Friday at 12 Noon before each Chamber Meeting/Event/Program by calling or emailing rsvp@cfchamber.com the Chamber office at 330-929-6756, as we are required to confirm the exact number of reservations in advance of any event. You are responsible for payment, once your reservation is made, whether or not you attend. If you are unable to attend, please send someone in your place. If you arrive at a Chamber event and your company has not paid your pre-invoice to that event you will be required to give a credit card at the door in order to attend. We accept cash, checks, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. No Shows (With RSVP) for any meeting or event will be invoiced with a $5.00 surcharge. Non-sufficient Funds Policy: A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. **Non-Member Guests may attend the Monthly Luncheon Meetings as a guest one time at no charge and one time as a Non-Member at the $28 rate before joining the Chamber. **This applies to a business that has never been a Member of the Chamber only. *Non-Member Guests may also attend other Chamber Events 1 time as a guest before joining the Chamber of Commerce.
