Darlene Pinter, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Simon & Salhany Realty
Hi my name is Darlene Pinter. I am a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Simon & Salhany Realty. I love helping people with all of their real estate needs, but one of the most satisfying parts of my profession is when I get to hand my clients the keys to their new home that I helped them pick out. It is very rewarding to be a part of one of the biggest decisions that a homeowner makes during their lifetime whether it’s buying their dream home or selling their family home. When I purchased my first home (long before my involvement in real estate) Cuyahoga Falls was my first and only choice to purchase in. My grandfather, mother, myself, and my husband all grew up in Cuyahoga Falls and attended Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. As soon as I was able to purchase my first home I knew it would be in the Falls so I could raise my children in the city I love. I have been a member of the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber since January 2015 and knew immediately it was a perfect fit. The chamber has provided me with many opportunities to be involved with the community and local business owners as well as helping me to grow personally and professionally. Throughout my time as a member of the chamber I have served on the night at the races committee, community expo committee, and new member committee. I am a chamber ambassador and attend most of the ribbon cuttings to welcome the new businesses to the community. I take every opportunity to invite new business leaders to visit our chamber so they can see how much like a family we are and how supportive everyone is of each other. It would be an honor for me to be provided with an opportunity to serve on your chamber board.
Keith Viers, Northwest Bank
I am proud to call Cuyahoga Falls my hometown. I grew up on the east side of the city, attending Price Elementary School and Sill Middle School, eventually graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1988. I have been actively involved with the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce since 2010. During this time, I served two consecutive terms on the Board of Directors for our chamber (2012 – 2017) and am honored to have held the position of Board President in 2014. For over eight years, I was the Branch Manager for Ohio Savings Bank at Portage Crossings. Even though I was recently recruited to lead the team for Northwest Bank’s Stow Branch, I am still strongly committed to serving my hometown community. I currently serve as an Ambassador for our Chamber, joined the newly formed Cuyahoga Falls Kiwanis Club, and continue to serve on the Cuyahoga Falls School System’s Alliance for School and Community Growth. I was also recently appointed to the school system’s Business Advisory Council. I currently live in Stow with my wife, Lynn, and our two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Christina.
