Gardens of Western Reserve Assisted Living
The Gardens of Western Reserve Assisted Living Residence will be hosting a community Easter Egg Hunt on, Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 2:00, children 10 and under. 2011 Keep Cuyahoga Falls Beautiful Program – The City of Cuyahoga invites citizens of all ages, as well as schools, churches, businesses and civic organizations to help clean up litter, increase recycling efforts, plant flowers, pull invasive plants, and gather on River Day, Saturday, May 21st, for a special River Day cleanup project and volunteer lunch. Businesses and organizations participating in a litter cleanup project that includes public grounds around their facilities any time between Earth Day, April 22nd, 2011 and River Day, May 21st, will receive a beautifully framed “2011 Keep Cuyahoga Falls Beautiful Organization” certificate with the name of your company or organization imprinted on the certificate. 2011 CareWorks Consultants Workers’ Compensation and Safety Seminars
This year’s CareWorks Consultants seminars will take place from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with a focus on effective cost containment strategies and an overview and update on the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). There is a $40 fee to attend. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided at all seminars. Claims administrators, safety coordinators, financial officers, payroll and human resource administrators, and supervisors are encouraged to attend. These seminars will fulfill the new BWC-required two hour safety training for group-rated employers who experienced a claim in 2008 and/or 2009. • What can I submit for Chamber Member Business Announcements?
The announcement information that you submit to the Chamber will only be accepted via email only and must be strictly related to your Chamber Member business in which you are a paid Member of the Chamber of Commerce. The “Business News Announcements” must be related to: a new service your business is offering, a special “Members Only” discount and offer, office furniture for sale, hiring a new employee for your business, new business ribbon cutting, business anniversary invitation, business open house announcement, new business address, office space for rent, celebrating a business anniversary, etc.
How much space can I have for a Chamber Member Business Announcement?
100 words or fewer of text only and one listing per Chamber Member business per month. The Chamber reserves the right to edit all submissions and use fewer or more words submitted.
• What is the deadline to submit information?
The deadline to submit a Chamber Member Business Announcement is the 25th of the month by 12 noon and it will run in the next month’s email. Anything submitted after that date will run in the following month’s e-blast.
