___Darlene J. Pinter, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Simon & Salahany

My name is Darlene Pinter, I am a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Simon and Salhany and a 3 1/2 year member of the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce.  I grew up in Cuyahoga Falls attending Preston Elementary School, Sill Middle School, and Cuyahoga Falls High school.  My husband John and I live right here in Cuyahoga Falls with 3 of our youngest children.  I decided to become a Realtor® so that I could help others find their dream home and be that someone looking out for their best interests. The chamber has helped me grow so much as a professional since becoming a member.  I have learned to be more outgoing in meeting new people and speaking in front of people.  I always tell other business people I meet about our chamber, how active it is, and about the benefits to a business by becoming a member.  Since joining I have become a chamber ambassador, served on several planning committees, and attend most chamber events.  It’s with excitement that I look forward to serving in a new role as a board member.

 ___Darrin Semick, Union Home Mortgage
My name is Darrin Semick and I’ve spent my entire life here in Cuyahoga Falls. I graduated from Cuyahoga Falls high school in 2008 and attended the University of Akron until 2012. I started my professional career in 2013 working for Union Home Mortgage. I quickly became infatuated with the market and helping people understand the importance of owning a home. I immediately knew I’d spend forever educating and building confidence in future home owners. Since 2013 I’ve helped hundreds of families secure financing and accomplish their goals of home ownership. I discovered the Chamber in early 2014 when my branch manager had me sub in at a Goldmine meeting. It took less than 20 minutes for me to realize how amazing and beneficial the Chamber is. I was instantly hooked and I knew I had to involve myself as much as possible. My business would not be where it’s at today without the professionals I’ve met and the encouragement I’ve received from every single member. In my downtime I enjoy hiking the metro parks with my wife and watching anything sports related with my friends and family. We are highly active in the community and privileged to be involved.
